Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is incorrect. We will do our best to make it right.

Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be in production. We will do our best to issue you Store Credit that can be applied to future orders.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, but we’ll work with you to resolve lost or damaged shipments.

Free Standard Shipping for all U.S. and APO orders under $155.

For orders $155 and over, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Local pickup is available at checkout for customers in Fayetteville NC and surrounding areas.
