Frequently Asked Questions
- What is your turnaround time? Orders are typically ready within 10 business days. It can be longer if it is a complicated design (more on that later in the FAQ's). We can also rush order them as quickly as 3 (business) days.
- How does the ordering process work? Once you have selected the design you would like on the wood, you can further determine what else you'd like by completing the order in the next window. I am talking about the details you would like on the acrylic and instructions on placement. Then, we will contact you as soon as possible with a Mock Up for you to approve. Once approved, we will get to work!
- What if I am not sure where I want everything, or it is not clear. That can happen. Please upload what you do have, or, select the option "I am not sure, please help!". Once you have completed the order one of our team members will reach out and work with you directly. Alternatively, you can always fill in the contact form and we can go from there.
- I don't see my design in the Product selection, but I want to order a plaque. What do I do? Please use the "Create Your Custom Plaque" button and upload the designs you want for the wood and for the acrylic. We will contact you as soon as possible to hash out any details. Alternatively, you can fill out the Contact Form below.
- I need my plaque quicker than 10 days, is that possible? Yes, once you have found your design in our product line up, you can select your delivery date. This option also exists for Custom Plaques (see prior FAQ). A rush fee might apply. If you are a returning customer, you can also reach out directly. Note: Be ready to submit all your design specifications and approve the Mock design once received. This will help us get the plaque created in the timeframe you have requested!
- Why are the larger sizes not available in the Product line up? The larger plaques are 100% custom, meaning you can add multiple items to the wood, and you have even more options on the acrylic. Therefore we create a separate product by size. Fear not, any of the designs you see on our website for the 12x10 inche and 15x12 inch plaques are also available for the larger sizes.
- Is the order process the same for the larger sizes (20x12 inches and 23x20 inches)? Yes! Please select the product, add as many details as you can, proceed to checkout and we will contact you as soon as possible with the design mockup.
- How are the plaques made? We use solid hardwood backings for the base. We laser engrave the acrylic. Lastly, the signs are hand painted, and finished with a protective coating.
- What if I want something completely custom? That is always possible. Please fill in the contact form and let us know what you had in mind.
- Do you ship? And if so, how much does it cost? Yes we ship. Our smaller plaques (12x10 inches and 15x10 inches) qualify for free shipping. The larger plaques do carry a small flat fee shipping charge, calculated at checkout.
